The Bellaire Public Schools uses Parchment to send transcripts to graduates, employers, and educational institutions. Please note that once you have graduated, there is a fee to send transcripts and verifications out.

Graduates Prior to 2014
If you graduated from BPS prior to 2014, have never requested a transcript from us, and you do not have a Parchment account. Please create a new learner account and add our school. If you have a Parchment account for another institution, you may login to that account and add Bellaire Public Schools to you. Parchment's Quick Start Guide may be helpful as you navigate your account.
Graduates From 2014 to Now
All juniors and seniors since the class of 2014 have set up Parchment accounts to request transcripts. Students are required to use a personal email address (not your school account) and choose their own password. If you have forgotten your access credentials, please use the "Forgot Your Password?" link found during login. If you are a current high school student, your fee is waived.

Now, using Parchment, you can even request a new diploma if yours has been lost.
Diploma Fee
Sign in or create an account with Parchment to request a reissuance of your diploma. There is a fee for this service. Once your graduation is verified at the school, a physical diploma will be ordered and shipped directly to you. All diploma orders also come with a digital version of your credential. If your graduation cannot be verified, the order will be canceled and your payment will be refunded.
Diploma Appearance
All reissued diplomas will visually appear like the credentials we award today. This means the size, location of information, and signatures will all be the current composition. Replacement diplomas do not come with a new protective display jacket. Your reissued diploma will show your legal name at the time of graduation and the correct date of your commencement.
