Every year the Bellaire Public Schools senior art students work for the last month of school to plan and create a senior mural in various parts of the high school for a culminating project. This year, the students worked together to plan and create a 20-foot long northern Michigan themed mural in the high school hallway. It is the largest mural that has been created so far in the school.  The group of nine students worked together to plan and create the mural. Each student chose various animals, plants and other items to draw for the mural, then projected their image and painted them on the wall. The artists worked together for the other details that needed to be drawn and painted.  The mural project is a great way for the students to showcase their talent and skills that they learned over their years in art.  The mural is a permanent piece of art for all of the current and future students, staff, parents and visitors of Bellaire Public Schools to enjoy!
