Every year, ALL Bellaire families are asked to complete the Educational Benefits Form. This form is ready for completion for the 25-26 school year.
To complete the form, use your Family Portal account here.
There are paper forms available in the main office of the high school or you may print your own.
The Education Benefits
Form collects information needed to make sure the school receives state and federal money for
education programs. Without this info, Bellaire could lose vital money for
school programs that our students need. These programs offer support and services for our
students including, but not limited to:
• School lunch programs
• Teaching staff (ex. reading tutors, math tutors, academic & behavior aids)
• Teaching supplies
• Counselors and social workers
• School nurses
• Training for staff
• Parent and community engagement supplies and events
• Chromebooks and iPads
Why does Bellaire need my info? Data on the Education Benefits Form
determines the eligibility of a student. The total number of eligible students is used to determine
how much money will be provided to your school. The more forms collected the better.
