We’re pleased to share that Kalkaska Medical Associates in Mancelona will be offering free physicals on May 6, 2026, from 4:30–6:00 PM at their office located at 419 W State Street, Mancelona.

JUNE: Bellaire & East Jordan

We are also excited to announce that Bellaire Family Health Center is also providing complimentary athletic physicals on Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 8:00-10:00 AM. Appointments are required and space is limited. Please call 231-533-8649 to schedule.

Another opportunity for a free sports physical is on Thursday, June 25, 2026 from 8:00-10:00AM at the East Jordan Family Health Center. Contact 231-536-2206 to schedule a required appointment.

Please note: All MHSSA physical forms must be fully completed by a parent or guardian prior to the appointment. If the forms are incomplete, the physical cannot be performed.
